Feb 11, 2020 The Case-Shiller Index is made up of several indexes that track the value of single-family detached residences using the arms-length and repeat-  This data set consists of monthly stock price, dividends, and earnings data and the consumer price index (to allow conversion to real values), all starting January   US national index levels, not seasonally adjusted. Historic prices are inflation adjusted February, 2020 dollars.
